In Case production switches from CH to AT T2LF must be issued for every single container (instead EUR1), because goods are then shipped within the European Union. Berger has to provide the T2LF, the Originals are sent from Berger directly to RB Panama, together with Original B/L.

Fertigware

• Proformas - Must be issued according to the Y0CA List, respectively for Sales order. Proformas are sent to Berger and Rauch (Stefan Dich), copying the responsible person from CSC Panama. If SF is included in the container: Inform Berger when sending the Proforma to book the right container (Reefer).
• Invoice - CSC AT sends 1 Original Intercompany invoice to CSC Panama.
• Certificate of Origin is issued by Rauch Widnau. She sends the CoO’s via Mail first and the Originals are via DHL sent to RB Fuschl. RB Fuschl forward them to RB Panama.
• EUR1 is needed for every container ex CH. The Original EUR1 is sent by Rauch Widnau to RB Fuschl, and RB Fuschl forwarded them to RB Panama via TNT.
• Bill of Lading
  • per order one B/L
  • Berger must send BL for approval before ETS to CSC Panama copying CSC AT. CSC Panama releases BL!
  • Original B/L´s should be sent directly via DHL to RB PA C/O Otilia Macharaviaya. - RB Panama and CSC have to be informed about DHL number.
    • ATTENTION: Original B/Ls must always be sent to following address: Red Bull Panama S.A.; Calle 50 y 53 Este, Obarrio; Edif. Hi-Tech Plaza, Piso 10; Panamá, Rep. de Panamá!
