Nespresso ist ein von dem Schweizer Lebensmittelkonzern Nestlé lanciertes Kaffeesystem.

Dabei wird der Kaffee in Aluminumkapseln portioniert und in spezielle Kaffeemaschinen zubereitet.

Kunde und Auftraggeber[Bearbeiten]

Bei Nespresso ist es besonders wichtig, dass kein Fahrzeug auf der Zufahrtsstraße zum Lager Route de la Plaine, CH-1580 Avenches (VD) parkt oder seine Pause macht. Die Fahrer müssen so instruiert sein, dass diese ca. 1 Stunde vor dem Ladezeitfenster ins Werk fahren.

Aus Richtung Genf kommend Autobahnparkplatz Rose de La Broye auf der A1/E27 in CH-1470 Estavayer-le-Lac (FR)

Aus Richtung Basel/Zürich kommend Autobahnparkplatz Grauholz Nord auf der A1/E27 in CH-3063 Ittigen (BE)
Sollten die Fahrer bei Aldi in Domdidier (FR) abladen, können sie dort stehen bleiben und die Pause machen. Von dort sind es nur knapp 2 km bis zum Werk in Avenches (VD).
Dies ist eine ausdrückliche Firmenanweisung und muss von der Fahrzeugsteuerung des Eigenfuhrpark, als auch von der Fahrzeugsteuerung Subunternehmer strikt über unser GPS-System überwacht werden.
Sollte eine GPS-Kontrolle nicht möglich sein, ist ein anderes Fahrzeug zu schicken. Für die Überwachung dieser Regeln unserer Fahrzeuge als auch für die fixen Subunternehmer ist die Fahrzeugsteuerung verantwortlich.

Lade- und Entladslots buchen[Bearbeiten]

Bei Nespresso sind auch die Ladetermine und die Entladetermine sehr wichtig.

Die Ladetermine müssen über Transporeon eingebucht werden.
Folgende Daten müssen in Transporeon angegeben werden:

  • Subunternehmer
  • Zugmaschinen- und Auflieger Kennzeichen
  • Vollständiger Fahrername

Ladetermine können einen Tag vorher umgebucht werden. Die Termine müssen eingehalten werden. Wenn wir eine Verspätung haben, müssen wir den Auftraggeber sofort informieren.

Für die Entladetermine müssen wir jeden Freitag ein eigenes Excel-Dokument ETA an die jeweilige Entladestelle + den zuständigen Nespresso-Ansprechpartner senden.
