Belieferung Visits

• A container loading info is needed after loading.
• Very Important: They need for every cooler (per delivery) a certificate issued by the supplier, stating that the coolers do not contain any damaging substances (gases) for the ozone layer (Manufacturers conformity certificate). They need 7 days to apply for an import authorisation after receipt of original documents.
• Peru needs the composition of textiles for customs purpose.

• Proforma Invoice - Must be issued according to the Y0CA List, respectively for Sales order. Proformas are sent to Berger and Rauch (Stefan Dich), copying the responsible person from CSC Panama.
• Invoice - CSC AT sends 1 Original Intercompany invoice to CSC Panama.
• Certificate Of Origin
• Insurance Certificate
• Bill of Loading
  • per order one B/L
  • Berger must send BL for approval before ETS to CSC Panama copying CSC AT. CSC Panama releases BL!
  • Original B/L´s should be sent directly via DHL to RB PA C/O Mayela Alverola. - RB Panama and CSC have to be informed about DHL number.
    • ATTENTION: Original B/Ls must always be sent to following address: Red Bull Panama S.A.; Calle 50 y 53 Este, Obarrio; Edif. Hi-Tech Plaza, Piso 10; Panamá, Rep. de Panamá!
  • ATTENTION: Freight costs must be mentioned on each BL.
