Erfassungsvorschriften

Die Aufträge kommen über's Portal "Internet4Haulier".

Folgender Text soll in jedem Frachtbrief eingetragen werden:
- minimum 15 straps (in good condition) in each truck are necessary (with label stating accordance with DIN EN12195-2 - minimum 2000 daN)
- basic security equipment is necessary (fluorescent coat, helmet and security shoes)
- sufficient anti-sliding rolls (6 pieces / pallet) OR anti-sliding matts to cover full loading area of truck and at least to secure 26 pallets (pieces must have a minimum area of 15 cm * 110 cm - 6 pieces per 1,1 load meters // thickness min. 3 mm)
Security equipment must be worn before entering the warehouse (it's not enough to have it only in the truck)!!
Driver must quote Solvay's SAP 10-digit shipment number (starting with 410…) on arrival for loading. He must report to the loading site (entrance office)!!
Trailer must always be empty and the floor in a good condition, which means clean and dry. An odor test will always be performed before loading. Truck will be weighed before and after loading process.
Each truck has to be fully loaded, but the maximum gross weight of a full truck (40 tons) should not be overstepped!!
DURING THE TRANSPORT DRIVER ONLY HAS TO STOP AT GUARDED AND SAFED PARKING AREAS!!

Dear Haulier

As stated during the tender process and written in our Cahier de Charges (Functional Requirements Soda Ash) under article 2.4.3. From 01. January 2017 it is mandatory that
Trucks which have loaded premium quality grades have to be sealed once loaded. The sealing will be preserved until arrival at the destination point"

Premium Grades are => Sodium Bicarbonate Food / Sodium Bicarbonate Pharma / Sodium Bicarbonate IPH

Therefore the cord has to be presented by the driver and sealing will be provided by Solvay. Please be informed that if a driver does not provide the necessary cord, we reserve the right to refuse the vehicle. For Container loads cord is not necessary.
